I'm a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist and the creator of the Heart Forward Leadership® framework, built on four pillars: Transparency, Awareness, Accountability, and Empowering Collective Growth. For over 10 years, I've helped organizations move beyond generic training and build cultures where people actually want to stay.

My Story
My path to leadership training didn't start in a corporate boardroom. My background spans operations, nonprofit leadership, and workforce development, which gave me a ground level view of what actually breaks down inside organizations and what it takes to fix it.
That experience shaped Heart Forward Leadership into something practical rather than theoretical. It's why Fortune 500 clients keep coming back: the framework works because I built it from sitting in the rooms where culture actually gets made or lost.
I'm also the author of three books, including Being Heart Forward, which lays out the philosophy behind my framework, and Dreams Unleashed: A 52 Week Strategic Goal Setting Workbook.
Beyond Vaughn Media, I serve as Founder and Board President of Dreams Unleashed She Networks, Inc., a nonprofit that equips young women ages 13 to 22 with leadership and public speaking skills. It's the same belief in action: people grow when someone invests in who they're becoming, not just what they produce.
